About our services and us.....

We offer the finest beachfront land, homes and construction services on the beautiful Caribbean island of Utila.

We are licensed general contractors in Florida, holding the coveted Florida division 1 general contracting license #CGC-061713 (the highest license available in Florida) and a real estate broker's license.

We have over 24 years of successful contracting and development experience in Central America, Hawaii, the Caribbean and Florida. We are licensed in Honduras as real estate agents and real estate developers.

Sounds like some huge, impersonal corporation, right?

The truth is that after falling in love with Utila, buying land and building ourselves beachfront homes, we got so many inquires from people wanting our help we decided to set up business on Utila.

Roger is the head contractor with tropical construction experience (Florida, Hawaii, Panama and the Bahamas), myself (Laurence), although originally from London England, most of my experience has been with design and rehab work in Chicago.

We have several beautiful beachfront opportunities available now at Treasure Beach and Pine Point on Utila's southwest shore and the Reef Club at Rock Harbor on the north side. We also have in town lots for sale.

Our foreman and construction crew are the finest on the island and having built five homes with us already they are at the top of their game and keenly aware of the high standards we expect. We build to U.S. standards, NOT island standards, and to stringent Florida codes. We are very proud of the quality of our construction and invite you to compare it to what's available on the rest of Utila. All property is titled and has American title insurance and all of our homes have qualified for hurricane insurance, through our agent the honorable Arlie Thompson (Govenor of the bay islands).
