Treasure Beach is over 1,000 lineal feet of white sand tropical beach located fifteen minutes by boat from Utila town on the exclusive southwest shore. The water is calm and clear thanks to the reef off shore and snorkeling from the beach is a dream.

The property is directly across from the famous Utila cays, where our owners can experience the traditional caysian way of life as well as buy fuel, fish and lobster, or eat at the local restaurants. With the recent opening of “Utopia,” a high-end dive resort and spa, we now have a good restaurant and bar just a 10 minute walk down the beach. Treasure Beach is an environmentally friendly planned community with luxury homes and building restrictions already in place to protect its special beauty for generations to come. More than 50 blight resistant palms were planted 8 years ago so this property is just going to get better and better.
